• You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

 

2. Exchanges:

• If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.

 

3. Non-returnable Items:

• Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned, refunded, cancelled, or exchanged for any reason other than manufacturer damaged or defect.

 

4. Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

5. How to Initiate a Return:

6. Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error with your order.

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
